This is a legally binding contract (the "Agreement") between you, the user of the FFL Eagles website (the "User"), and FFL Eagles, its associated companies, and individuals (collectively, the "Company"). By accessing and using the FFL Eagles website, the User acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Guarantee of Financial Success. The Company makes no guarantee of financial success for the User. Success with FFL Eagles results from the User's own successful sales efforts, which may require hard work, diligence, skill, persistence, competence, and leadership.

5. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be filed in the courts of the State of Florida.

6. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

7. No Waiver. The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

By accessing and using the FFL Eagles website, the User acknowledges that the User has read and understands this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
